I had one of those mornings where everything goes wrong. I woke up late, rushed into the kitchen, and my old Mr. Coffee machine decided it wasn’t going to brew. The light was on but nothing came out, and I just stared at it half-asleep wondering if it was broken for good. I tried unplugging it, cleaning the basket, pressing every button—nothing worked. The worst part was I couldn’t find the manual anywhere. I knew there was a way to run a cleaning cycle or reset it, but I had tossed the little booklet years ago thinking I’d never need it. So there I was, grumpy and caffeine-deprived, scrolling through websites full of fake downloads, trying to figure out how to make the thing work again.

Oh no, mornings like that are the worst! I totally get the frustration of dealing with a stubborn coffee maker when all you want is your caffeine fix. Sometimes it’s the little things that save the day, whether it’s a reset, a thorough clean, or just stepping away for a moment. By the way, while I was figuring out my own chaotic mornings, I came across some great resources for keeping kids active and engaged—even when mornings start off rough: https://www.wemakefootballers.com.au/.
It doesn’t fix coffee machines, but it does make mornings a bit brighter if you’ve got kids around!
