COVID RESPONSE & PROCESS

Here at the Robinvale Bridge Motel we have taken the advent of COVID 19, it's impacts on travelers and essential workers quite seriously in order to protect ourselves, our staff and of course our guests.

Our staff have completed the online e-learning short course to ensure they all have an understanding of the cleaning and hygiene requirements and the rules and regulations regarding the continued operation of both the Motel and the Bar & Bistro during the COVID 19 restrictions.

When you stay with the Robinvale Bridge Motel we want you to feel comfortable and safe. With that in mind we have developed a COVID Safe Plan and further increased cleaning and disinfection, especially on all high touch area throughout the rooms and restaurant. If you would prefer to keep contact to a minimum and not have staff service your room while staying with us please let the front desk know.

If you would prefer a contactless check in please let us know. We are more than happy to accommodate this or a late checking when using a valid credit card. Please note that room service from the bistro is available Monday to Friday from 6pm til 7.30pm
