I’ve been struggling for a while with feeling like I don’t fully know myself — not in a deep, philosophical way, just day-to-day decisions, habits, reactions, etc. Recently I started reading about self-discovery tools, and there are so many out there that it’s overwhelming. I saw someone mention Liven, but I haven’t tried it yet. Has anyone here actually used the Liven Self-Discovery Companion? I’m curious how practical it really is and if it helped you become more aware or change anything in your behavior or mindset.

Hey, I’ve actually been using Liven for the past two weeks and was skeptical at first, too. What surprised me is how simple it is — no pressure to “journal” perfectly or write pages of introspection. It’s more like a guided reflection that fits into your routine without forcing anything. I started noticing small but real patterns in how I react to stress, especially at work. The way it asks you to name emotions, not just “feel them,” really helped me step out of autopilot mode. I still struggle with consistency, but I feel more honest with myself now.
Here’s the post that got me to give it a shot — worth checking out: the liven app review
Curious what others think. Would love to hear more Liven reviews too, especially from people who’ve stuck with it for a month or more.
